For my build I've printed all parts in PETG with a high infill percentage and many shells because of the relatively high mechanical loads.
Rack Shelf (Fits Standard Rack Spacing)
Printed shelf for heavier equipment. In my case I'm supporting a big 3000VA UPSs. Longer bolts internal to the part help support as well. The hole spacing here are for standard server racks, not the 1" hole spacing rack angle used in other components.
Aligner and Shelf
Vertically adapts gear mounted on the 1" spacing to the standard rack spacing of the front posts.
Cable Guides
For cable management on the 1" spacing rear rack posts.
Rack Angle Joiner
Mounts the rear rack posts to the rack. Big beefy part because these are under quite a bit of load.
