For the best print:
Set the print temperatrue 5°C more than what you usually use
Set wall (or perimeter) count to 4 or more, which will give the effect of having 100% infill but the "grain direction" will make it stronger for its usecase
Materials shouldn't matter too much but having something too hard might make it too tight, I use PLA and it works perfectly
This design should just "snap" into the locking state on it's own just by closing the lid with enough momentum.
There's also a longer version which has a softer latch and a longer handle for improved accessibility.
