I wanted the bearings as close as possible together. Here is my Yet-Another-Fidget-Spinner. Under 15 minutes print time.

For a long time I was looking for a spinner where the bearings are touching. It makes it smaller in diameter and much easier to handle for people with smaller hands. It turns out to be a nightmare to design, which is probably why I haven't seen any online. Finally I got the geometry just right. All bearings sit tight, are touching, and even snug around the edges of the bearings. As a result, it also became the thinnest spinner I've seen so far, with 608 bearings at least.
Hope someone enjoys this. I had to go though some filament to find the right fit. Check out the pictures.

Print instructions
PETG for stability but use whatever you prefer
Start with standard settings of 0.15 mm (speed)
The rest as you like. I used Honeycomb infill with 25% and 2 perimeter
Remember to print 8 caps
