Charger design for Baufeng UV-82 standart battery.
I m using cheap chinese 2s chargers. Charger size 31.3 mm x 18.2 mm.
For the charging pins I use short pieces of ordinary nickel strip. I solder them to the charger with a short wire. The charger's design includes a cable path for this.
I use ABS filament, because the charger gets warm after a while, causing the print head to bend and the pins to lose contact.
The side panel doesn't have to be snapped on or screwed on. It needs to be attached with something like super glue.
