🎧 Industrial Beam Headphone Stand

Upgrade your desk setup with this rugged, sci-fi-inspired headphone stand. Designed with structural ribbing and a mechanical "gantry" aesthetic, it looks great next to any gaming rig or workstation while keeping your gear safe.

I designed this model to be completely printable without supports, ensuring a clean finish and no wasted material.

✨ Key Features:

  • Ergonomic Protection: The top rest features a wide curve (R55) to distribute weight evenly, preventing dents in padded headbands (Tested with HyperX Cloud II, but fits most over-ear headphones).

  • Cable Management: An integrated rear hook keeps your braided cables tidy and off the desk.

  • High Stability: The wide, cross-braced base prevents tipping, even with heavier headsets.

    Print Guide 🖨

This model is designed to be an easy, stress-free print. Here are the recommended settings for the best results:

  • 🧱 Filament: PLA is highly recommended for crisp details and a clean finish. (PETG or ABS work too if preferred).

  • 💪 Infill: 15% - 20% (Grid or Gyroid pattern). This provides a nice weight and durability while keeping the print lightweight.

  • 🚫 Supports: None required. The angles are optimized to print perfectly without any support material.

  • 📏 Layer Height: 0.20mm (Standard) for a smooth finish, or 0.16mm if you want the layer lines to be nearly invisible.

  • 🐢 Print Speed: Standard profiles (50-60 mm/s for outer walls) work great to ensure the curves remain sharp.

  • 💡 Color Tip: For the two-tone look seen in the renders, simply swap filaments at the specific layer height where the grooves begin, or use an AMS/MMU system if available.
