It is designed for tabletops with a thickness of 25mm or smaller. when slicing, change the dimensions of the scew to 98% in X and Y . This makes sanding the scew redundant. (I printed this on a Bambulab p1p using PETG)
There isn't much to say, model can print fine in the orientation provided. There is no lip stopping the headphones from falling forwards, so this may be an issue for larger headphones. Mount using two screws into the bottom of your desk.
