My son had a birthday party. After a while filling baloons with a manual pump I rememberer I bought a parkside tire compressor. It actually worked well but none of the tip adapters had the right size. I quickly made a little adapter and it worked quite well for several baloon sizes.
Hope its usefull to more people.
