These are solid inserts to print as mesh drop stl onto your slicer and change these settings.
Wall loops I used 3, top shell layer change to 0, Bottom shell layer change to 0, sparse infill density change to 45, and solid infill pattern change to rectilinear. When you then slice it, it will look like a mesh on the plate. I use crazy glue gel to glue it to side frames.
