Overview The Supa-Toothpick is a community-refined, high-performance micro frame designed for pilots who want maximum speed on a "brokey" budget. By harvesting the electronics from a BetaFPV Air65, you can move into this frame to gain better power-to-weight, tighter handling, and zero duct-wash.
Key Design Features:
Flush-Fit Battery Cage: Designed with recessed "pockets" for M2 screw heads. This ensures your battery slides in and out of the cage without ever touching a metal bolt—keeping your LiPos safe from punctures.
1.8mm Tank Pads: While most micro frames have flimsy motor mounts, the Supa-Toothpick features 1.8mm thick reinforced pads to protect your motor bells and keep screws from stripping out.
7-Strut Reinforcement: The motor hubs use a 7-strut design to distribute impact force, making this one of the strongest 3D-printed toothpick frames available.
Integrated Cable Tether: Includes a dedicated loop for your power pigtail to prevent wires from being ripped off the AIO during a crash.
Gummy Compatible: Specifically spaced to use standard 5-inch quad vibration gummies as spacers for the flight controller.
Recommended Print Settings:
Material: TPU (Indestructible/Bouncy) or PLA (Stiff/Racing).
Infill: 100% (Critical for arm rigidity).
Walls: 3-4 Walls.
Speed: 25mm/s (TPU) or 50mm/s (PLA).
Orientation: Print flat on the bed. No supports needed!
Build Tips: Use the 0702 motors and AIO from an Air65. Mount the screws from the bottom up so the heads sit in the recessed pockets. Use your spare 5-inch gummies to space the FC off the frame, and secure the canopy on top.
