A very simple model for casting agarose gels. It'll get the job done, but will not hold up in a court of law. It's mostly relevant to hobbyists or teachers with a limited budget.
Printed in PETG. I have not tried it in PLA, but would worry about it holding up when pouring the gel.
The gel comes off without any fancy settings.
NOTE: I did find it easier to remove the gel by using the "ironing" function. If you use that function, make sure you choose "All top surfaces" (This will give a smoother surface to remove the gel, but will increase the print time significantly) instead of "Topmost surfaces only" (I found out the hard way that this is a waste of time for this model. When I think about what "topmost" means I have no one to blame but myself :)
