Our old 3D printed mounting solution for the Würth Perforated Place was kind of hit-and-miss, so we set out to improve the design. With our new twist and lock design we have found something that is easy to print, quick and versatile to install and finally also easy to remove and reposition!
Compatible with the industry leading RW Drive, the legacy AW Drive and TX, in sizes 20, 30 and 40, we ensure a strong and stripping free experience.

Optimized for printability and rigorously tested, ensuring the best performance for everyone.

– Want to make your own wall mounts with our system? We provide you the files to cut the mounting hole into any design you want! However, please be aware in case of usage of the positive Form for any independently developed components, we absolve ourselves of any associated liability claims and any resulting consequential damage.

Printing

Please be advised that optimal results can only be achieved by adhering to our tested and verified printing parameters, as follows:

Material: Würth PETG or Würth ASA (e.g. Art.-no. 4954633200)

• Infill: 20% 

• Wall lines: 6  

• Support: Not needed

• Layer height: 0.15 mm

• Brims: Recommended

Assembly

First attach Dovetails to the perforated wall:

1. Push screw into allotted hole

2. Insert bit into screw

3. Push into perforated Wall

4. Rotate 45° clockwise to secure
   

Then slide on the holder, depending on fit use a rubber mallet

– To remove, simply repeat steps in reverse order
