The kit consists of:
Spool relocation - Hangs the reel off the enclosure frame struts whilst using the stock metal mounting bracket and spool. The filament guide pulley attaches to the gantry using stock bolts and retains the stock runout sensor, allowing pivoting about the y-axis. The pulley geometry aligns the path of the filament in the XY plane with the extruder hole. Requires 2 x M5 bolts & nuts and a 2.5mm diameter 20mm long metal dowel for the wheel. NOTE: use one of the metal dowels from the stock runout sensor mount through which, the screws hold the sensor to the bracket. Its important to make sure this dowel can rotate freely inside the printed mounting hole in order for the sensor to be able to pivot. Some adjustment to the gantry wiring harness may be required to reach the sensors new location.
Nebula camera mount - Uses the stock flexible tripod mounted onto the enclosure frame column, allowing quick and precise adjustments. Requires removal of the plastic tab on the tripod mount.
UI screen holder - Allows comfortable placement of the interface screen outside the enclosure. Handy for operating the printer with the enclosure sealed, and gets it out of a high temp environment. Requires minor modification of the top case by cutting a slit for the wires to pass through on the other side of the printer.
Calibration and development was carried out on a Creality Ender V3 KE with Polylite ASA. Obviously highly recommended to print the parts in ASA except the screen stand, if the enclosure is being used for elevated chamber temps. The standard Creality fabric enclosure was used for dimensioning, but parts may be adaptable to other enclosures.
