A small C-clamp for clamping fabric of a ironing board cover so it stays put and doesn't move around. Use the cord tensioner as shown in the picture.
Just print with standard 0.2mm quality profile. Clever design ensures maximum strength without needing to modify print settings!
Use PC or PETG. I don't recommend PLA, because it can break easily and the clamp needs to flex.
My favourite material for this clamp is PC due to lower friction and high strength. I've also tested PETG, which you can absolutely use too.
Even gentle tightening of the clamp results in high clamping force.
The included "mouse ears" in the design help to get increased bed adhesion.
I have also included a cord tensioner with 2.5, 4 and 5mm holes.
