Super Clamp for Modular Mounting System (16mm)

This clamp came from my search for a quick-attach clamp that was easy to 3d print for a system I am building.

While it doesn't have high enough grip friction for my initial requirements, I think it is potentially useful enough to share.

There are two versions, one with the mounting tabs inline with the tube and one turned 90 degrees. You only need to print the outer jaw that you need - the inner jaw is the same for both.

The hinge pin uses 5mm x 20mm steel pins from Amazon. The fit is intentionally snug, I push them in with a press or tap them in carefully with a hammer.
Alternatively, you can use an M5-0.80 x 30mm bolt with a nylon locking nut.

The clamping system uses a 1.5in 1/4x20 bolt, nut, and washer.

I've also included a .step without mounting tabs or any fillets for customization.
