Dell Wyse 5070 thinclient mount

Halter für den Dell Wyse 5070 thinclient zum Unterschrauben.

Klemmelemente halten den thinclient in Position, sodass er sich in keiner Richtung bewegen kann.

Es gibt zwei Versionen, ich habe die geschlossene Variante gedruckt, wer anspruchsvollere Anwendungen nutzt und Angst mit der Wärmeentwicklung hat, kann die offene Version nutzen. Beide Varianten lassen oben etwas Luft, sodass dort Wärme entweichen kann.

Zur Montage können 3mm Senkkopfchrauben genutzt werden, ich habe 3 x 18 Senkkopfschrauben genutzt.

Wer das Modell anpassen möchte, kann die STEP-Datei nutzen, ich bin aber der Meinung, dass ich 3D-Druck gerecht konstruiert habe. Das Teil lässt sich ohne Support drucken, wenn ihr Probleme mit Betthaftung habt, kann es hilfreich sein, an den Klemmarmen rechts und links kleine Brim-Pads hinzuzufügen. Die Druckausrichtung ist für die Belastungsrichtung nicht optimal, deshalb sollten 4 Wandlinien genutzt werden.

Ich habe den Haltern für meinen Autodarts-ThinClient erstellt und unter meinem Dartboard-Schrank montiert.

Clamping elements hold the thin client securely in position, preventing any movement.

There are two versions. I printed the closed version. Those using more demanding applications and concerned about heat buildup can use the open version. Both versions have a small opening at the top for heat dissipation.

3mm countersunk screws can be used for mounting; I used 3 x 18 mm countersunk screws.

If you want to customize the model, you can use the STEP file, but I believe I designed it with 3D printing in mind. The part can be printed without supports. If you experience bed adhesion issues, adding small brim pads to the clamping arms on the left and right sides can be helpful. The print orientation is not optimal for the load direction, therefore 4 wall lines should be used.

I created the holders for my Autodarts ThinClient and mounted them under my dartboard cabinet.
