Pretty much the same blueprint as the original from bauersimon, minus the "FAIRPHONE" lettering. I also adjusted the dimensions a little and added a version where I removed the thin layer of filament that separates the Quadlock adapter from the housing - it just didn't look right to me (and now you can put sick stickers on the back of the phone and have them visible through the hole).
