I bought the large Baboni doggy door for my boys, and it does NOT hold up to 15mph or higher winds.  We've been having -30F windchill last week, with 20mph winds, and my kitchen has been frozen.  Not good.

I made this up to slide over the existing magnets, and so far it has been working quite well.  I used 6mm by 3mm by 12mm magnets, N45 or N54... as strong as I could get but I don't recall which it was.  There is a stop in the gcode so you can put the magnets in while it is printing.  I do recommend using a brim, it was warping without it.  I wanted to have a couple of layers below the magnets, this door sweeps back and forth against the other magnet bar multiple times a day and I was a little concerned about it wearing pretty badly.  That said, I still wanted as much strength as I could get, so I didn't want that much material between the magnet and the magnet bar.  I went with .15mm height for .45 thickness to get three layers in there.  It seems to be an OK balance.  There is very little material on the top, but that rests against the magnet bar on the door flap, so I that worked out well.  It also provides more holding power to keep the reinforcement in place on the door flap.

It's made out of TPU.  I debated infill quite a bit, but it is solid as can be holding onto the flap.

As always, happy to send the fusion files if you want them, just message me.
