This bracket is made specifically for these shop lights I bought from Menards.
GT-Lite 6500 Lumen 48" LED Shop light - 2 Pack at Menards®
I was hanging them from some metal racking and my basement ceiling as grow lights and couldn't get them to sit straight. They would always shift to one side with the two single chains that they came with that were supposed to be used on both ends.
A M4 nut is pressed into the corresponding side of the insert and inserted into the hole on the light.
The big bracket is then slid over the end of the shop light, and the hole is lined up with the nut of the insert and screwed together.
Then I used two pieces of jack chain with hooks to support either side and connect to the individual chain I had hanging down.

****UPDATE 2/4/2026****
I have created a bracket with smaller tabs to accept smaller hooks and have uploaded three separate files, two body pieces and the insert piece. The large hooks file has thicker tabs.

Printed in PETG with supports for the two tabs on the big bracket.
