Power Strip / Power Distribution for XT60 connectors.  Multiple models are available.  Variations include:

  • 2 through 6  Female XT60 Outputs with 1 XT60 Male Input.

  • Optional Power Switch.

  • Optional  Mounting Tabs for all Variations.

The model consists of two parts.  The top part contains the cutouts for the XT60 connectors and the optional power switch. The bottom part simply buttons up the wiring and has optional mounting tabs.  When printing the variation that you need, be sure to match the top with the appropriate bottom part.  The number of output connectors, switch option and mounting tab option is in the STL file naming convention.

Bill of Materials

The XT60 Power Strip requires the following components in addition to printed model.  See pics for the components that I used.

Notes

Panel Mount XT60 Female Connector

Number of Output Connectors in Model

Panel Mount XT60 Male Connector

1

Used for power input.

M2.5 x 10 Screws and nuts

2

This is for the male connector. My connectors came with the hardware.

M3x8 Flat Head Screw

2 for each Output Connector plus 4 to attach bottom (no mounting tabs)

With mounting tabs, I recommend M3x10 for mounting the bottom part instead.

M3x10 Flat Head Screw

4 (Optional) If the bottom has mounting tabs

Panel Mount Round SPST Switch

1 (Optional)

The model expects a round rocker switch. The hole for the switch is 21mm with .5 mm notches to ensure alignment.

Wire and Solder

Assembly

With the exception of the screw/nut combination for the male connector, the model is designed to screw the M3 screws into the plastic cutting their own threads. See the picture below for the wiring.
