Useful for an azimuth bearing/slider using minimal PTFE tube.
The flat head screws compress the PFTE tube to lock it in place. The PTFE fit is pretty tight as is, I found one corner to be very tight, likely due to a z-seam. Print one to test - slight scaling could be necessary depending on your printer and PTFE tube.
For the center bushing I only attached the "base" side to the bottom board; using center bushing with bolt hole firmly attached for marking the mounting holes.
Let the opposing piece with the primary bolt hole float free. In hindsight it shouldn't even have screw mounting holes.
This allows the bolt hole bushing to float relative to center while retaining center and preventing binding.
Center bushing stl isn't properly oriented for printing. Be sure to flip over for clean counter sunk holes.
The center hole is designed around a 3/8" bolt (0.375in). Including step file but happy to add alternative hole sizes upon request.
PTFE Tube outer diameter should be 4.0mm
#8 (or #10) Flat Head Counter Sunk Screws; min length 1/2" (I used 3/4")
I opted to stainless sheet metal screws. Stainless needs a pilot hole, don't use impact drills on stainless
