Robot Model Kit - IVex

Hello, and meet IVex!

This model kit was modeled from a 1930's cine machine, a pair off binoculars, a gluestick, applesauce packet, aluminum wires, spice lid, candle lid, and a pair of alan wrenches. I kitbashed (scratch built) them all together to create this model and then remade the parts in blender to share with others. 

The drill is used for support with the terrain rocks, personally if I did it again I would scale the drill larger as that was my original idea in the first place. 

I really hope someone else out there can find the same joy in creating "IVex", name inspired by the Univex cine machine used to start this entire build. 

Included in the photos is the original kitbashed unit with the LED's hooked up. The blaster VFX is included as well. I used a LiCB 3V battery pack with leds, both hooked up together for the eye and the blaster. Make sure to wire the blaster led before attaching it to the arm with glue. If you are painting this I would highly recommend painting things before hand as the structural chassis is hard to reach once things are glued into place.
