This was designed to replace my old model. This design in more durable, better looking, and fully customizable. Throwing out old things that work is dumb, and I've seen at least 5 of these cases being sold used specifically because of the airflow issue. The issue is so bad that NZXT made an entirely new design to fix it. Even though they could have just sold a new front panel for their old case. Whatever.

You need a few things beyond the prints though. Magnetic strip tape and dust mesh material. These are super common to find together specifically for dust management on computers. An option like this would work fine (https://a.co/d/73Mn44J). The magnetic strip sticks to the frame, and the frame pins the dust mesh in place.

You can also use normal bar or disk magnets, but I didn't specifically model spots for them into the frame because of the huge variety available (I encourage remixing the frame design to add them, its a super simple intersect operation!). However I did Make a version with pockets to glue some in mid print. Any magnets smaller than 10x30mm and thinner than 4.5mm would work. You don't even have to use dust mesh although you probably should.

Split designs are available for regular sized printers, with the full sized versions if you have a fancy pants big bed printer. (Largest single piece is 330mm on the long side, so just outside of most printer beds. The entire design is intended to be printed flat to eliminate bridging and difficult angles for older or sketchier printers. (This is why I use a dog-bone instead of a finger joint for the split pieces)

If your multi piece panels are loose, which happens to the best of us I assure you, scale up on the X and/or Y axis only. The grove to swap out panels and height of the dog-bone need to stay correct in their Z axis. Think through the direction you are scaling things to make your fit more or less tight. Giggity.

There will be other front panel designs available on my profile for a small charge. I don't ever actually expect to make enough money to break even on my time designing this, it was for the love of the game.
