On my Salad Fork 1.1 build, I chose to use:
AntHead tool head
Rapido 2 (High Flow hotend)
Cartographer v4 probe
Needed Hardware:
z_carriage_rear_carto:
4x M2x4 SHCS
The salad fork manual calls for M2x6 screws which are too long with my modifications. M2x4 hold the printed parts to the carriage securely without any wobble.
Overview of Changes:
Because this uses a HF version of the Anthead, I needed to modify the probe mount to be 9mm longer + stretch the x endstop 2mm out.
This created a new problem: The rear z lead screw was then able to smack into the Cartographer. I altered the motor mount + leadscrew carriage parts so that the rear z lead screw was about 5mm back. I measured about 4.6mm - 4.7mm of clearance was needed so I just rounded it up.
Issues:
There is currently an issue with the rear z motor plate where the top holes (the ones that screw into the frame) don't align with the rear frame nuts properly. I may get around to fixing that spacing eventually. Just be prepared to cut/sand the hole a little.
NOTE:
These mods were all edited within Blender since that's what I know best. I could share the blender file but it's pretty much just an STL. This is going to be a case of what' here is what you get.
