I printed TPU 95A with 2 walls and 15% infill.
The holes are very slightly tapered and designed for a very snug fit when printed in TPU. You may also find it works okay with other filaments. Measuring your actual chopsticks and resizing in your slicer will allow you to adjust tolerance and/or fit them to another style of chopstick.
