The assembly is simple. The bottom part has a hole at the bottom for the support rod. The coaxial cable can pass inside the hollow rod, or there is a side hole to route the cable outside. The middle part holds the radial wires. The outer braid of the coaxial cable is soldered to them. It is securely fixed by the top part (screw connection). The top part holds the vertical radiator, to which the center conductor of the coaxial cable is soldered.
The design is intended for a support rod with a diameter of 16 mm (PVC pipe), a vertical wire of 2 mm, and radials with a diameter of 2 mm.
I tuned it to a frequency of 868-869 MHz.
The radial wires ended up being 8.5 cm long. I adjusted the length of the top rod during tuning using a nanoVNA. I started with 9 cm but trimmed off approximately 1 cm.
In my case, this antenna resulted in an SWR of 1.1 and an impedance of around 54 ohms.
