This is a compact desk clamp headphone holder designed to keep your headphones off your desk and within easy reach. It clamps securely to the edge of a desk without drilling or permanent modification and features a curved cradle that supports the headband evenly to reduce pressure marks.
The clamp uses a simple threaded fastener and pressure plate, making it easy to install, remove, or adjust for different desk thicknesses. All parts are designed for easy 3D printing and straightforward assembly. Tested with standard over-ear headphones.
This was Printed in the orientation pictured with supports at 20% infill. Inland matte orange PLA.
Bonus: The included SolidWorks (.SLDPRT) file is fully parametric, so you can easily adjust dimensions to fit your desk or preferences. If you remix or modify this design, please tag me! I’d love to see what you come up with!

Edit: V1.3 split when slight clamping force was applied. Changes made were, thickening the bottom wall as well as adding fillet on inner bottom corner. These Changes will be reflected in V1.4.
Edit: V1.4 Worked great but when I placed the headphones on the stand the stand would rotate, this bothered me. So I added material to provide support against the desk. These changes will be reflected in V1.5. The editable file has also been updated.
