This stop bracket is mounted directly to a mobile drawer unit and uses the desk leg as a fixed reference point to keep the cabinet from rolling away.
Instead of screwing anything to the desk, the bracket is attached to the bottom of the drawer unit and engages around or against the desk leg.
When the drawer unit is pushed into position, the bracket touches the desk leg and acts as a mechanical stop. This prevents the cabinet from moving when you open drawers, sit down, or bump into it, while still allowing you to roll it away intentionally by pulling it back from the leg.

Installation
Position the drawer unit where you want it to sit next to the desk.
Align the bracket on the underside or lower edge of the drawer unit so that it will contact or wrap around the desk leg when pushed into place.
Mark and pre-drill (if needed) the screw holes on the drawer unit.
Fasten the bracket to the drawer unit using suitable wood or chipboard screws.
Push the drawer unit against the desk leg – the bracket should now act as a stop and prevent further movement.
Usage Notes
No modification to the desk: all screws go into the drawer unit only.
Designed for use with a vertical desk leg (square or round, depending on your model).
If your desk leg or drawer unit dimensions differ, you can scale the model or adjust mounting position slightly.
