Printed on an i3 MK3s+ with the 0.2mm SPEED profile, gyroid infill, and auto infill combination.
Do not modify the internal width/depth of the box. Instead, configure the tube pocket sizes and spacing, and the overall dimension of the box will be calculated accordingly.
I found that making the tube pockets 1mm larger than the tubes works great and provides a loose fit that makes it easy to take them out of the box.
