Mesh radio pole mount

This is an enclosure intended for a mesh radio that includes a water proof gasket, N-connector bulkhead and waterproof DC connector.  This radio is intended to be supplied by 12VDC from battery located at the pole base, or indoors.  You can supply the battery from an AC charger or solar panel.  I used a DC-DC converter to supply the 5V to the radio. 

The enclosure is secured to the pole using an adapter bracket depending on your pole diameter.  This also requires your antenna to have a solid metal bottom to it to clamp the U bolts, see list below.  The bracket is placed between the antenna base an your mounting pole.  A few different spacer brackets are provided here, or design your own.  

A pin hole in the bottom of the enclosure is left intentionally to ensure water does not accumulate and pressure can equalize.  Round gasket material is used to create a water proof seal.  The enclosure has been designed so the top edge of the lid is covered by a lip, ensuring water does not accumulate on the top edge.

I spray painted the outside of the enclosure with clear polyurethane to ensure water tightness. This design has been in service for more than two winters now without any issue of water or sun degradation.

Print in PETG, 0.3mm layers.  No supports required but may be helpful to support the top of the holes on either end.
