HSW Sturdy Shelf

I started my HSW project as I wanted a nice sturdy shelf to hold my network switch and HSW plugs to clean up the wires. This shelf system is the result ... you can print smaller ones that are self contained or expand with left middle and right sections. There is also a nice shelf support piece that plugs in from the bottom! 

As with my setup you can even plug shelf pieces into the shelf to make a nice additional vertical piece to support and add additional wire plugs.

As well there are also some "cookies" that you can use to fill the holes in the shelf ... they are meant to plug in from the top ... there is an arch on the cookie back that aligns with the tiles in the outward (same as HSW vertical) direction.

The inserts that print with each shelf are designed to lock in the shelf. They go into the holes that are only partially filled when the shelf plugs in. These plugs show 2 small holes in the face that are actually just one hole that tunnels back around in a part circle. These allows you to put a piece of wire, filament, fishing line, or even small zip ties through in order to pull them back out if you want to remove the shelf.

To remove the shelf: once the plug inserts are pulled back out and also no shelf supports you should be able to work the shelf back out of the HSW panel by wiggling.
