I wanted a good quick connect but was unable to find one, then i stumbled on the original model and that looked and worked great, only problem is i dont have any of the bowden connections that this model relies on. So i remixed the model to make it pressfit
I tightened up the part of the tube inlet to hold the tube more securley, then i noticed that the port was to wide and abrupt which caused problems with feeding filament, so i made 2 cones, one of them is on the outside of the feed hole, this makes sure the filament gets channeled to the tube, the other cone extends up and towards the tube on the inside this kind of flares the tube around the cone. Since doing this ive had no issued feeding filaments into or through the connectors and i have 4 of them on each line!
I also added some slots for 3mm cable ties to realy secure the connection
There are 3 variations i made, the od of your tube will dictate the size you need, 4.1mm 4.2mm or 4.3mm
