I made this to quickly swap the cords on a camera power adapter I have.
Besides the 3d printed parts, you'll need:
Qty 2: M3x8 Button Head Screw
Qty 2: Male Spade Connector*
Qty 2: Female Spade Connector*
*I removed the original hard plastic/insulation that you would typically crimp. I then crimped the bare metal connector and slid heat shrink tubing over it to support the connection mechanically.
No supports needed. Print all parts with flat side down.
Notes
These are friction fit. Spade terminals make a solid connection so there was no need for snap hooks or other connection methods.
The terminals are slightly offset to one side so they can only be connected one way.
Updates
2/13/26 - Added ribs on the sides of the male connector to make it easier to pull them apart. Also added more photos of the models.
Fixed geometry error on female A & B connectors.
