While I love making camera-specific bottom plates and really tiny options to keep in my bag, I've been meaning to make some 'big' versions for a while. These ended up still being quite a bit smaller than my favorite 'real product' arca plate (one made by op/tech which seems to not be available anymore?) particularly because of its low profile.

This design features lots of mounting position options, but is designed around a slightly larger screw so I could use one with a slotted head, meaning it can be installed or removed with a coin - easier to keep in the camera bag or scrounge up in the field than the hex key required for my smaller designs. The tradeoff is that it loses full compatibility with cameras with really tight clearance for the mounting point like the GR, so you'd have to take it off to get the batteries out - but it still is designed to let you push the screw right out to the edge, so it should work with almost everything else.

This design also features a bit more clearance above the plate than I would use on my ultra-compact or device specific plates, which should give it a bit more compatibility with devices where something sticks out in a way that makes attaching a clamp awkward. It's still less clearance than most standard arca plates have, for an overall thin profile.

I designed this around these screws https://www.mcmaster.com/91792A535/
They are 1/4" 20 screws with a 3/8" long shaft, a 0.144" long head length, and a 0.492" head width.
(well, actually, I got https://www.mcmaster.com/91792A533/, which is the same but slightly shorter, and every camera I've tried it on would have worked better with the 3/8" shaft version, so...)

You might also want to try some non-adhesive friction tape to prevent slipping and rotation.

I have been using 3d printed tripod plate + strap connector combos for years with no problems, but ultimately the safety of your gear is up to you, and I take no responsibility for any damages caused if your copy of this design breaks or does not work with your gear.
