Floaters inside Senseo machines sometimes starts to leak and stop floating, resulting in the machine not detecting when there is enough water in the tank. This replacement should resolve that issue.
This floater should fit in the HD786*, HD787* and HD789* series and the CSA series 210, 230, .... But it has only been tested in an HD7892, so please let me know if it turns out one of the models in the mentioned series does not support this design.
This print requires a round magnet with a 6 mm diameter and 6 mm height, just like the original floaters. Make sure your print head isn't magnetic, as using the magnet might ruin the print or even the printer.
Printing
Material: PETG
Wall loops: 3+
Layer height: 0.08 mm
Infill: 0%
Flow rate: +10% (to make it air/water-tight)
Supports: a small tree for the teeth at the front (optional)
Pause the print near the top of the magnet hole for placing the 6 mm magnet inside, then continue printing
Post-printing
Ideally, the print is covered in a layer of food-safe epoxy.
