I designed the height insert for the OpenBuggy to keep the build as affordable as possible. With the 0‑height insert, I ran into an issue where the clearance between the diff and the gear was too small, so I lowered it by 1 mm. Now everything runs smoothly and without resistance.
I’ve also uploaded the file as a STEP model, so the height can be adjusted individually.
