📂 Current Attachment: Custom Image Faceplate (2-Part System)

This upload includes a modular two-part system designed for maximum customization and durability:

1. The Image Plate (PETG): The rigid "canvas" for your designs, logos, or QR codes. Designed to be printed in PETG for crisp detail and heat resistance.

2. The Plate Holder (TPU 95A): The flexible mounting frame that snaps onto the Base Hat Clip and securely grips the Image Plate.

• Digital Shortcuts: Perfect for high-contrast QR codes. Link to your personal portfolio, social media handles, or a digital business card for instant networking on the move.

• Fully Resizable: This attachment is designed to be flexible. You can easily scale or reshape the faceplate in your slicer or CAD software to suit your vision.

• Essential IDs & Flair: A practical way to display small, high-visibility symbols, team initials, or emergency data for group activities.

🛠 Customization & STEP File

While this system is ready to use as a blank canvas, I have provided the STEP files for both parts to give you total creative control.

• Modify the Shape: Use the STEP file to easily change the plate from a rectangle to a circle, hexagon, or any custom silhouette.

• Slicer Customization: Use the "Text" or "Modifier" tools in your slicer to emboss or deboss designs.

• Pro Tip: For QR codes, ensure you use high-contrast colors (like black on white) for maximum scannability.

⚙ Print Settings

• Filament (Holder): TPU 95A (Essential for the flexible grip on the plate and ball joint).

• Filament (Plate): PETG (Recommended for rigid detail and durability).

• Walls/Perimeters: 3 Walls (Provides a clean border and ensures the ball joint is structurally sound).

• Resolution: 0.2mm (Use 0.12mm or 0.1mm if printing fine text or complex QR codes).

• Infill: 20% to 30%
