Inspired from the divided model wich could be easily joined with a peace of filament, I made a model that could also be seperated again.
The length of the filament is defined by the groove on the female adapter.
O-ring size (inner diameter) 32,9mm x 3,5mm (from a set see picture)

Update 10.08.2026:
I have recently started working with FreeCAD and wanted to familiarize myself with parametric modeling.
For this reason, I recreated my model in FreeCAD.
This is my first complex model in FreeCAD, so there are likely other—and perhaps simpler—ways to create it.
Since the entire model is parametrically constructed and relies on many formulas within the sketches, recalculation is very slow.
Consequently, I have also provided a version without text or ribbing, which updates significantly faster.
The standard size and o-ring size is defined in the spreadsheet,
and could choosen here.
The other settings are in the VarSet.
The parameter you want to change are.
Taper in the male part:
Minor change to neo version in the male part for better printability.
