My welder broke so i had to solve things with what i had. Here is the 3D-printed corner brackets for my offloading table.
Brackets are pressfit, fitment is tight and depending on filament and printer precision. Full structural strength comes when all corners are connected. For heavier loads, the table should definately be anchored in a wall or such.
Only hardware used are pipes (i used 20x20mm square tubing), cut to lengths according to my needs, and wood screws to attach the wooden top.
When printing, use high infill and 4+ walls. The bottom brackets, 4pcs, where two of them needs to be mirrored accordingly in the slicer for the "other two corners". Top brackets are the same in all for corners.
I used PET-CF (which might need som scaling according to your printer precision, for best fitment).
