This is a school project. It's made to track object using a phone as camera and for computing.
Currently the code is going through final revision before published the final version of it. The published now version works.
Uses 2x Nema 17 stepper motors and 2x a4988 drivers. ALl of them are driven by ESP32-S3 WROOM which recieves comands through Serial comunication from the phone.
The phone holder is designed for Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro.
The phone runs the app fully localy and doesnt use any cloud resources. Uses an simple PID for controlling the steppers smoothly. As of current revision the app is optimised to run somewhat smoothly. It is curently being worked on imporving the optimisation.
The project is still under development and the Star tracking is just an general concept for now.
It is currnetly being worked on component sheet needed for the assembly.

Update 16.03.2026: It is currently being worked on upgrading the control module, adding an 6010 fan, and better cable routing.
