The model is really just a simple sphere. The colors are added in Blender (by Kryštof Kohout), creating a cool pattern.
The ball is printed in a "bowl" of PLA snug support. This ensures that it's nicely round also on the bottom hemisphere. PLA has a very low adhesion to TPU, so it can be removed easily and works great for support material.
For nice squishiness, I used 5% gyroid infill and set the Maximum width in segmented regions (Print Settings -> Multiple Extruders -> Advanced) to 1 mm.
