There are two print orientations:
Print on its side
This puts the layers in the best orientation for part strength
A brim is highly recommended
OR, print the part on the two flat surfaces such that the part makes an arch.
The layers are in the weakest orientation. The parts still seem to function just fine.
Supports are required for this orientation
0.1 mm layer height
whatever material you want
Join the parts by using two M3 screws. M3 screw length is flexible. Anything between 12 and 18 mm will suffice.
