This is a snug-fitting cap for .5" PVC pipe. It's a component of a larger project I was working on.

It's a pretty simple part. The base is the same diameter as the outside of the pipe and the four protrusions from it are a cylinder with a base the same diameter as the inner diameter of the pipe. The top of the cylinder was made a bit larger before splitting the cylinder into quarters to maintain a tension fit in the pipe. I made this in Tinkercad with a cylinder shape (base) and a cone. I set the base radius of the cone to the exact radius of the inside of the pipe. I set the top radius of the cone a tad larger. Then I created two rectangles intersecting perpendicularly in the center of the modified cone. Those were turned to "holes" and grouped with the cone before grouping the cone with the base cylinder.
