This was my take at an airless soccer ball. All of the models I've seen are really thin and have crazy lattice structures. This ball has only what it needs, while being thick and strong. I've been able to achieve a 90% bounce compared to a normal soccer ball with Flash Forge flexible PLA. I printed mine with PETG supports, but you can try and print in 1 material. I also added the individual segments that make up the ball so you could theoretically assemble them one at a time in many colors or make it very large.
