Broke my headstrap pivot and I couldn't find another for sale. This works great. I suggest printing with PETG and turning your temperature up about 10 degrees to ensure better layer adhesion. Be careful placing the part as too much force will cause the part to snap at the layer lines.

I've included a version 2 that holds up a lot better but requires an M3 socket head bolt and a heat set threaded insert that gets added to one part. The Original O-ring gets placed on and then the two get screwed together on either side of the head strap. This is a much better design that holds up far better with 3d printed parts.
