Venom 60HE 절곡 하우징 (NK60)

처음 제작해본 절곡 하우징이라 여러 가지 우여곡절이 있었고, 현재 모델에서는 몇 가지 주의사항이 있습니다.

절단면과 절곡 지점 사이의 거리가 짧아 절곡 과정에서 미세한 뒤틀림이 발생했습니다.

실사용에는 문제가 없는 수준이며, 크게 눈에 띄지는 않습니다.

제작은 JLC 판금에서 진행하였으며, 제작 의뢰 시 해당 부분에 대한 검토 요청을 받았습니다.
다만 구조적으로 수정이 어려운 부분이라 별도의 변경 없이 제작을 진행했습니다.

재질은 알루미늄을 추천드립니다.
SUS304 등 다른 재료로 제작할 경우 추가적인 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

또한 조립 시 스페이스바 스테빌라이저와 간섭이 발생할 수 있습니다.
저는 GDK 스테빌라이저를 사용했으며, 약간의 간섭이 있어 간섭되는 부분을 일부 절삭하여 사용했습니다.(사진 참고)

마지막으로 USB 케이블의 경우
단자가 짧거나 하우징(몸통)이 두꺼운 제품은 연결이 어려울 수 있습니다.

Venom 60HE Bent Metal Case (NK60)

This is my first attempt at making a bent metal keyboard case, so there were a few challenges along the way. There are also a few things to keep in mind with the current version.

Because the distance between the cut edge and the bend line is quite short, a slight warping occurred during the bending process.
(Please refer to the photos of the rear side and the plate.)

This does not affect actual usage, and the distortion is not very noticeable in normal use.

The case was manufactured through JLC Sheet Metal. When submitting the design, they did raise a review request regarding this area, but since it was not something that could realistically be changed, I proceeded with the production as-is.

Aluminum is recommended as the material.
If you use SUS304 or other materials, additional issues may occur due to different material properties.

During assembly, there may be interference with the spacebar stabilizer.
I used GDK stabilizers, and there was slight interference, so I trimmed a small part of the interfering area to make it fit.

Also, regarding the USB cable, cables with short connectors or thick housings may have difficulty fitting into the port opening.
