I couldn't find a suitable mount for my road bike. The biggest challenge is mounting a heavy lock on a carbon frame, which can cause cracks or structural damage. Using seat post or seat stay mounts on carbon frams is almost a guaranteed way to buy a new bike, as they aren't designed for lateral stress.
Unfortunately, Abus U-locks are bulky, and mounting them "inside the triangle" using the bottle cage mounts leaves you without water bottles. This design also allows you to use a saddle bag without the lock if needed.
Warning: Don’t use PLA! Use PETG at your own risk. Abus locks are heavy, and road cycling involves a lot of vibration and shock stress.
Material: ABS/ASA (I used 100% infill)
Hardware: 3x M5x40mm bolts and 3x M5 nuts.
Pro Tip: Use Loctite!
