HIGH-VISIBILITY CARBURETOR CHOKE KNOB – PERFECT FOR COLD STARTS
This 3D-printable carburetor choke knob is designed to replace missing or broken cold-start pull knobs used in carbureted engines. The knob provides a comfortable grip and clear pulling action, making it easy to activate the choke when starting an engine in cold conditions.
Ideal for motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, ATVs, go-karts, lawn equipment, and other small carbureted engines.
PRINT SETTINGS (RECOMMENDED)
Material: PLA / PETG / ABS
Layer height: 0.1 mm (recommended for great looking part out of the printer)
Infill: 20–40%
Supports: Not required
Orientation: Flat on base
Brim recommended
PETG or ABS is recommended for higher durability and heat resistance if used near engines.
The bottom is 3.5mm diametter hole and is intended for a cable with a ball in the end and to get epoy glued so that it does not get out.
The white part is in multiple sizes so that tolerances of the printer does not matter (tecommended to print very slow because it is a tiny part).
