Once again, the thread on my Chinese mixer stripped, but I didn’t have a spare adapter on hand. So I drew one, along with a gear. My rod is 7.7 mm in diameter, and the adapter is 7.8 mm, but it still fits with some force, so that the gear on the rod cuts its own grooves, and everything holds perfectly. The screw hole is 4 mm, and the screw head is 1 cm (the stock screw has an 8 mm head and a 3.7 mm diameter including the thread). This way, unlike the stock version, it’s much easier to get it into the hole, and thanks to the small hole in the screw head, it doesn’t need a plug—it’s not obtrusive.
I made the handle from ESUN ABS-CF, but I’ve also attached a file where the insert is printed from wear-resistant material (ABS-CF), and the handle can be made from anything. Everything fits perfectly without glue.
I’m also attaching a file with a wood-grain texture; set the Fuzzy Skin settings yourself (there are guides online). I hope this knob will help those who have the same mixer but don’t have a spare one on hand. Printing the knob takes an hour to an hour and a half and uses about 50g of filament, including supports; I recommend using 8–10 layers)
