I created a housing for the Tuya thermostatic head. Unfortunately, the locking cap is severely unfinished and breaks off very easily. If the lock breaks and the cap does not stay in place, there will be a power problem. In this case,…

As the original red knob broke, I decided to replace it with the very same but 3d printed. Printed in PETG Prusament Lipstick Red. The bottom part needs support so the top part can be rounded.
Printed in PETG. 2 wall loops. 2 top/bottom layers. 10% infill. Don't make it too stiff, otherwise it won't fit into the radiator valve. Create a 19 mm diameter, 16 mm high cylinder as a piston to connect the thermostat pin to the valve…
Once again, the thread on my Chinese mixer stripped, but I didn’t have a spare adapter on hand. So I drew one, along with a gear. My rod is 7.7 mm in diameter, and the adapter is 7.8 mm, but it still fits with some force, so that the gear…
Original knobs slip so I've designed these. Openscad code is not cleaned but it works. When installing put it lightly on and screw it into position. Screw will do the hard job because the print is slightly thicker but the plastic will…
The Grohe Grotemp Thermostatic Faucet has one glaring problem. The little cap that pushes into the valve that changes the temp of the water is just a rod threaded into plastic. It has broken multiple times. I decided to make one with an…
Simple replacement knob. Push fit onto splined valve stem. May need a few taps with a mallet to encourage it. Print with the end face down, no support needed. I used 4 wall, 3 top, 3 bottom layers, 0.2mm in PETG. May redesign in the…
In order to heat the enclosure I'm building, I need a controller and heat source. I found this 24vdc thermostat that can switch mains power and I'm controlling a 275W infrared heat lamp. This little rig works like a charm and has an all…
If it starts to flex (like mine did) print the additional clip to hold it in place. If you use glue (between the hanger and the clip) it will be better.
