I have designed a small strainer insert for the Ikea Guldfisk bottles (diameter 4cm). The design is tight fit, you just need to push it in the bottle. To remove the insert e.g. a fork is all you need - simply lift the insert by using the designed small hole with one tip of the fork.
One big advantage of the strainer compared to the Citronhaj lid: you still can use the original lid, which is air tight - so your spices stay dry and full of flavor.
Diameter of holes (strainer round): 2,1mm
Recommended print settings (which I used):
Material: printed with PETG (don't know if PLA can work, because of the bending)
Your printer leveling should be quite good
first layer 0.18mm
layer height: 0.12mm
wall count: 3
infill: 100%
top/bottom shell thicknes: 4 layer
one wall for bottom and top surface
orientation: place the flat surface on the printer bed
